Cook County ER Nurses

Hello. I am very passionate about ER nursing and Cook County's ER is my dream job. Does anyone work there? Is there any advice on how to obtain an interview? I have heard that the application process is timely and that it is difficult to obtain employment without knowing someone within the system. I've applied to all open positions. I have years of ER experience and TNCC. Thanks in advance!
