Case Manager,Workers Compensation Looking for a Work at home job

I was looking for some expertise advice in looking for a Case Manager or Workers Compensation Manager that can work from home. I have been a Nurse for 20 years and have Critical Care, ER and Occupational Health Nurse Manager along with 7 years Case Management exp.
I'm not really sure where to start looking and what Companies would be good to work for.
I have no problem with traveling to the company for training 2-3 weeks. Or traveling on a monthly basis for short periods of time,
Anyone have any advise.
I love Workers Comp and that would be my first choice. :heartbeat
