Nurses union?

Is there a nurses union in Idaho? Iduno, hee hee. But that's a beautiful place to live. I have 3 years experience as medsurg nurse, 4 yr degree, good at what I do. But I'm good at it because my union states I can't take more than 5 patients at once. Worked at a hospital that wasnt union and had anywhere between 6-8. I ran away from that place to the best hospital i've ever experienced. Any input?
