Kootenai OB Position

Hello! I just applied for the two OB positions at Kootenai Medical Center, and was wondering what the next step I should take is. I did my preceptorship in OB and am hoping that helps. I am a new graduate (BSN) and just moved to Spokane from Nebraska with my fiance who is attending law school at Gonzaga. I have been applying for months now and haven't even gotten a nibble. I call the HR department (of whatever hospital/facility I am applying to) to show my interest/brown-nose, etc... and really just sort of get pushed aside. It's getting very frustrating and pretty soon will become a financial problem. I have my Nebraska/multi-state license as well as my Washington license.
