Career Change

Hello All!
I am wanting to become a nurse and was thinking about Apollo. But I have been reading the LPN's are being phased out. Is this where I should start? My goal is to become an RN. I have no previous nursing experience. I have a certificate in Accounting and am currently working as a preschool sports coach.
I just want to be successful and hopefully get finished quickly. I have 3 kids to support!...
Thanks for your input!
Steph

Although some acute care facilities are reducing their numbers of PNs, long term care facilities continue to employee PNs - I do not believe that will change substantially.

The roles may change over time, but there are certainly positions for both PNs and RNs in health care!
