- Mar 5, '05 by barefootladyHCA St Francis in Charleston, WV has a hyperbaric chamber. Not sure how much of a program is has or who is over it, but they do have a wound care center.

I happen to be working at one in Parkersburg. The company I work for also has one in Hunington.
