I have my first interview tomorrow, at a hospice very close to me. I've done some research and they seem like a great company, but they do not provide inpatient. I'm worried about whether home hospice would be a good idea for a new grad, but would still consider it if they have a strong orientation program, since I love hospice and had planned for this position in the future.
Aside from that, can anyone give me some advice for the interviewing process? Anything from what to wear to how I should prepare would be greatly appreciated. Also, should I prepare a seperate reference list and if so is there a specific format? TIA
