Hospice Resources - General and Requirements for Certification


As a relative new hospice nurse, I was wondering if anyone can recommend any good resources for assistance with appropriate documentation and diagnosis specific charting needed for hospice certification and care? Books and online references are both welcomed! I am sure this is one that we could all appreciate as a resource of information...
