    Hello,

    If any of you know of a hospice agency in Eastern PA who hires new RN's, please let me know. I want to transition into hospice but I only have 5 months experience. Hospice is my calling, I am 100% sure, and being in a specialty I don't want or enjoy working in is torture. If anyone has any advice on what I can do to prepare myself to be a better candidate for hospice, please share.

    One thing that I did to enhance my hospice experience was to volunteer at a hospice. The training I received as a new volunteer was very useful and I used this to show my interest in the specialty.
