Hey guys, I've been a hospice nurses going on 5 years now, went straight into hospice right after graduating and I am debating taking the CHPN exam. I was wondering what would be some good materials to use to prepare for the exam? The few books I have found with practice questions/study material have been really expensive, does anyone know if I can buy them used from somewhere for a little bit cheaper? Thank you!

The Core Curriculum and the Study Guide books from the HPNA got me through it.
About $225 for both books last time I looked. My previous hospice agency had both books for us to borrow and study from. The one I now work at has education allowances--perhaps the agency you work for may have some way to help you.
