certification test


Has anyone out there (all nurses) ever taken the NATIONAL BOARD FOR CERTIFICATION OF HOSPICE AND PALLIATIVE NURSES EXAMINATION? I am studying to take it on Sept 20 and would appreciate any feedback. It costs $245.00 to take it and I only get reimbursed if I pass. Any thoughts?

Hubby runs a hospice and 5 nurses took it last year and all passed. Good luck!

Are these certification tests just for Rn's? I am an LPN and would really liked to be certified.

I think they are for RN's But I could be wrong. Here is the website that might give you some more info. Good luck.
