Words of Wisdom???

Hello all, I poked in and out of this forum a few months ago when I applied with another HH agency. Well--they wanted experienced HH nurses only, so I was never officially hired. Well, now I spoke with another agency who is seeking Pediatric HH nurses and are willing to train me in areas I havent had experience before--ie: trachs, etc. I have orientation on Monday with them and Im sure I will be enlightened to what this calls for BUT---do any HH nurses have some words of wisdom for me? What items should I expect to supply myself? What does the company normally supply? Anything else that you wished you knew before walking into orientation and/or your first day on the job? Thanks guys...
