Update on OASIS C

Ok, so we had an inservice on the new OASIS C today, not quite as bad as it looks on the web site, all of the questions on the oasis are a combination of the questions that will be used on SOC,ROC, recert and D/C and they will all be separate OASIS's. The big focus on the new OASIS is prevention of rehospitilization and to keep people on service for as long as possible. If I get any more info I will pass it on if anyone is interested.

So it wont be that long? I mean, some questions will be on ROC, some on the SOC, different ones on the DC, but not all of them will be used on each? Am I understanding that right?

Yes, that is what we were told yesterday at the inservice. There will be additional questions on the OASIS that are pertinent to each HHA, but they should be the same or similar to what you have now.
