taxes

  1. My question is what things can I use for my taxes using my own car for travel when I get paid mileage, are there any other things I can deduct on my taxes?
    Thinking about going to a hospice position want to be sure I'm icluding all positives and negs.
    I live in IL if that makes any diffrence

    Check to see what your mileage reimburesement s from your company and if it is the same for the government---sometimes 5 cents or more apart. The standard federal mileage rate is 36.5 cents per mile for 2002 mileage
