Productivity and issues

  1. How do visits that fall through affect your productivity? Especially when doing SOC and a patient is not admitted or sent to the hospital? If this happens at the last minute (or while in a home) it is sometimes impossible to find another patient to see and even if you do find one it throws your time off which puts you outside of productivity. I'm tired of altering my time to seem like I'm meeting productivity or getting nasty phone calls because I didn't meet productivity due to these issues outside of my control. Anyone else here have input on this? Thanks.
