    Hi
    When you are on call for the weekend and see patients too. For example see 8 pts on Saturday and one is 30miles away. And 5 more on Sunday. Do you have any other day off during the weekf? I always offer help to other nurses on the weekend and end up seeing some almost every weekend but when I work no one offers to help me. Just wondering how other companies do it.

    On call work is in addition to your regular work schedule. There are no off days to make up for the days one is on call.
