NEW JERSEY home health nurses

I was wondering if anyone ever heard of/worked for ATLAS home healthcare serving counties in Southern NJ. I am a new graduate and have been calling all sorts of hospitals, nursing homes, even home care agencies (because I want to get into that after some experience). It seems impossible to find anyone interested in hiring a new grad, but Atlas offered to set up an interview when I called. I'm just curious why, in this job market, one place (home care, at that) seems eager to hire a new grad. Any info on the company would be appreciated!

The only information I could find came from their website. The company has been around since 1980, it's unclear if the nursing they provide is intermittent, private duty or both. The funny thing is I couldn't find them on the Medicare home health compare search.
