  5. Have a good organizing system, note taking method, cell phone talking system (while driving if it's legal where you are). One of our nurses sets an alarm on her cell phone that goes off after about 45 mins, usually causing the client to ask "what's that?" The nurse then can say it's a reminder so she's not late for the next client. Some people are really quick to get in and out, and others take FOREVER no matter what you do. It all evens out in the end.
