Medicare reimbursement for teaching med techs?

I have a question for the seasoned HHC nurses: My director wants me to "teach medications" to the med techs at the ALF for Medicare patients with dementia. The patients are not administering their own meds. Assuming there is no other skill happening during the visit, is this a reimbursable visit?
