lpn tele floor to home care...help

Hi I am an LPN ,recently resigned from busy tele floor to allow more focus on lpn to rn bridge with ec. I have always worked in a hospital 25 + years... lpn 2+ now that I have enrolled in school, and resigned I am getting a little scared being out of my "comfort zone" any advice??? thank you
