Intrepid Healthcare

Have anyone ever worked for Intrepid USA Healthcare? I applied and they pay per visit and they didn't tell me how much and I didn't know whether to ask. I am very curious of how much they pay for full time. I have'nt interviewed yet and was also wondering should I wait until interview to ask about pay or could I ask before then, which is best? The person did mention they pay per visit and around .45/ mile but didn't say how much per visit. Any information is appreciated.
