Interview for ADON in home health

  1. 0 Hi! I have not been on here in a while as I took an 8 month leave from nursing but have now decided to get back in it in a limited capacity. I have an interview on Friday for an ADON position with a home health agency. Am I crazy to think that as an ADON I will not feel as stressed out as I did as a field LVN? I do not want to see patients any more. I took the leave due to severe burnout and depression. To the point I spent a week on a psych ward for suicidal ideations. I do NOT want to end up like that again and am a little concerned that this might be a bad idea. Any suggestions, opinions, and insight will be more than welcomed!
