    Does anyone have any success stories of transition from home health to hospital ?
    Especially from starting out in home health?

    A nurse that works at our agency was able to get a job at the hospital. She did specialize in our agency in end of life care and was an excellent RN with ER background before home health. I think in general it is difficult to go back to acute care depending how long you have been out of it for. I actually think home health is more difficut than working in the hospital with all the resources at your fingertips.
