Home Health in Colorado?? New Grad

I'm a new grad RN wanting to work in the Denver area. I did home health as a CNA and am looking into it again while I continue searching for a hospital position. Really I'm looking for any kind of advice or information you have on the subject. How much do Denver HH RN's make per visit? What are the best companies to work for? I've basically been handed a position with a HH company that is Medicare/Medicaid certified, but I just feel like I really haven't done my research and I have NO idea where to start. If I didn't want to work there, is a VNA a decent option? gahh I really hate this job search stuff!
