Health screenings

How often are your employers requiring you to have physicals? Annually? every 6 months or only upon hiring?

Default Re: Health screenings
One of my employers had a physical form that stated every two years after the initial one. But they started asking us to do it every year along with the PPD. So I've been doing it every year anyway. The other employers have all wanted one every year, also, to coincide with having a PPD yearly. I do both the physical and PPD at the same time during my birthday month so I don't forget.
