Does Bayada pay by visit or shift?

I have an interview with Bayada Mon and I am looking for part time since I already work 3nites/week at a hospital. I do not have any HH exp. I am looking to get into HH slowly to see if I will like it or not before I leave the hosp. Any advise would be helpful.

Some home health agencies have both intermittent visits (per visit) and shift work (hourly) available. Others do only one or the other. I would ask this question at the interview or even call them up and ask beforehand. If you are only interested in one type of home health work, it would be a waste of your time and the interviewer's to attend the interview if they only offer the type of work that you do not want.
