Clinical Team Support

I just took a position with a large HH agency and I am super excited. However, I'm not really sure what I am going to be doing. My position is called Clinical Team Support Nurse. The job description states that I will triage phone calls from clinicians, doctors, and patients, fax orders to/from doctors, call md's prn for clinicians, run reports for admits and dc's. It is an office based position, but I may pick up some visits at times. I was told in the interview that I will be like an assistant to the clinical managers. Does anyone have this at their company? Can you tell me a little about it? I am super excited. I just want to know what to expect!
