CHAMP: Collaboration for Home Care Advances in Management and Practice
I don't see a lot of home care topics on here, so I'd thought I'd share that the VNSNY nonprofit organization that I work with launched a new home care nursing site in early July called the CHAMP Program.
We are currently offering a self-paced, easy to access, online Medication Management course that starts in late October, but in the meantime, we have a lot of tools and resources involving med mgmt, care coordination, quality improvement, pain mgmt, and more.
We also have expert blogs and an online forum to connect with other home care nurses, as well as social workers, executives, nurse managers, and other experts.
