First of all; just want to say how great all of you are, and what a great resource this site is to me.

I am taking a class in directed study and I have to collect information about holistic/homoeopathic nursing. I am focusing on nursing and chiropractic care.

If you could please look over this short questionnaire and answer it. I fully understand if you do not want to answer all these questions so skip any you do now like. Thank you in advance for your time and help.

I have seen with another famous DC in Califorina who helped a girl who had CP to walk .She had been slumped over in her chair drooling for years in that chair ,where the family restrain her so she could set up-right in the chair. When I saw that girl not drooling walking with chruthes out of that clinic I became a beliver .
