Question Regarding CAM therapies with the elderly

I am doing some research for a project on CAM therapies that are implemented to aid the wellness of elderly patients and I was just wondering what everyone finds is most widely used and readily embraced by clients, families, other practitioners, and institutions. I am thinking too, just as a side note, that I would like to delve beyond the realm of just therapeutic communication and touch. What do you all like to use progressive relaxation? imagery? What CAM have you found consistently helpful? I welcome any feedback, suggestions or input.

My past experience has been in community health education, but guided imagery has been well received by all ages. It's something they can learn and use on an ongoing basis as well. Did you hear from others? I would love to hear what they are using and finding successful.
