Need Help with Management HESI

Hello Everyone,

I have a big problem and unfortunately I just thought about asking all of you. I have a Mangement/Leadership HESI tomorrow. I have no idea what to look over. Do I need to know organization types and structures? Do I need to know how to delegate? Do I need to know all of the theories of leadership and management? (I hope not) I have NO IDEA! MY instructors are no help either. I know I can't cram a bunch in at this time, but I would like to know what I am up against. Any information that anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated!
