I need to pass hesi "this" time help!!

Hi I will be taking my HESI Exit exam for the third time!!! I'm staying in the high 762/750 but I need to make at least an 850 to pass. I have to pass it this time I believe I will but I'm looking for great tips that will guarantee I will pass I'm very open and will follow instructions and looking for some really good advice on passing this exam. I'm trying to work on everything now my timing, doing questions per day because. I have a lot of review books(Saunders, Hogan, HESI NCLEX book, Fundamentals success, Lacharity,etc) and, evolve, my notebooks as well as hesistudy.com. Need to know which direction to go. Really need some advice would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!!

Yes brenda17 I have used it a little but with so little time (10 days) I'm going to try to read hesi hints in the Hesi book. Thanks!

Thanks A lot I see it now this is very helpful. After I read the test taking strategies this will help answer questions very well. Which questions on Saunders cd did you use to study for HESI Exit because this cd has 1000s of questions?

I used the Sanders book and answered questions from the chapters and I did the questions from the disc, but I also have NCLEX 4000 which has 4000 questions on it. I really believe that doing questions on top of questions with those strategies tied to what you know did the trick for me. My exit score increased by 200 points!

Let us know after you take your test. I know you will be fine and you will pass this time just go in saying this is the day think positive and you will do great. The next 10 days will be study time but it will pay off.

I used the disc but I set it to do a mixture of questions from different nursing topics and client needs. You can choose individual topics to fit your weak areas then you can switch to the book questions.

Unfortunately, I took the exam on Thursday and made an 833 needed an 850. My instructor said it's going to get harder as well as NCLEX. The exam was very hard being there were a lot of tings I haven't seen before. I'm not giving up though She will let us know what will need to be done. I'm going to review the saunders study tips again and review questions from evolve and hesistudy.com as well as read hesi book. That should do it this time tired but have to keep going thank you everyone for your advice it is greatly appreciated!! Did Saunders help a lot was it similar to hesi to you (the disc)?

I took the exam on yesterday Wednesday and made a 1285 and needed a 850. Going to be studying for NCLEX now.

Oh that is great I am so happy for you. What did you do differently this time from other test? i take my exam in May and did poorly on practice exam

I take the exit Hesi on April 10th, 2014. My program requires a 900 or higher and we only get 2 attempts. I have averaged an 850 on each Hesi I have taken throughout the program. However, I'm very nervous about this exit Hesi and would like to know if anyone has any suggestions on how to study. I purchased the resources from yourbestgrade.com and have been using it which is helpful, but I'm not sure exactly how I should go about using the resources to study. If anyone could help, I would highly appreciate it! Thanks for taking the time to read this. Best of luck to all!
