by chellechelle1985 May 12, '12Hi everyone:
I took all parts of the HESI (Biology, A&P, Chemistry, Math, Grammar, Reading Comp., and Vocab.) and I scored a 90% overall. However I want to retake the HESI exam to raise my score in A&P and Biology.
My question is will the questions on the exam be the same? Or will they be different questions? Did anyone retake the HESI and do worse the second time around? I would hate to retake the HESI only to have my score drop, but I really feel like I would like a second shot at it.
Thanks in advance for your help and sharing your experiences!

- May 16, '12 by CinDRnycI retook it for the 2nd time and did a little worse on the reading sections but substantially better in the Math sections. (79 to 93). I found the Reading sections to be much much harder than last year. I got a 92% overall because I did good in Math.

I was wondering if the versions were the same if you retake the exam twice in the same year? Any idea? - May 25, '12 by rdethroteWhen I took the exam a second time the questions were definitely different. Not easier or harder, just different. I studied a lot more, so I did much better though.

May I ask how you went about preparing for the exam and getting such a high score? I am particularly worried about the Biology and Chemistry sections and am seeing alot of conflicting information of how to study. I am not sure where to start!!
