HESI A2 cancellation

Hi! I was going to take HESI A2 exam on June 28th, but I got a letter from prometric today that said the payment for the exam was unsuccessful. I'm also very worried and nervous about the exam, so I want to just cancel it and wait until July or August to take it. I know that I have to wait for 60 days to retake the exam after the first attempt, but do I have to wait that long to register again after cancellation?
