stressed

so I posted about this elsewhere, but just don't know what to do. Obviously have to make my own decisions anyway, but I feel like everyone is sick of hearing about it. I just flipped to night shift and it's not working! I can't function and as soon as I wait up.. i basically have panic attacks all day. I had to call off work last night because I just couldn't calm down. I've been working there 2 months and it's just overwhelming to me not knowing what to expect or what the night may hold. I am not handling being a nurse very well with the responsibility of 6 or so people's lives for the night very well. I'm seriously considering either getting a job in a clinic or something- which is hard to find- or going back to being a personal trainer for a while. It would be a pay cut, but at this point.. I really don't mind. I just hate the feeling of this all consuming me! Makes me feel like such a baby, but I just don't know what to do. I just can't function like this.

Night shift is a lot easier if you sleep at the same time everyday including your off days. That means staying up all night when you are off. Try it.
