stress and nursing go hand/hand I am putting on the pounds help

After working on a Med/Surg floor, I am stressed. It seems the amount of work that management puts on me can not possibly get done.
I always feel rushed. Management keeps adding more papers for us to feel out. By the end of my shift, I just want to go home and go to bed. Help!
