I am working on a program to maintain a positive attitude in the workplace. I have done web searches but would like to be able to find something specific to nursing. Any ideas on where I could find articles related to attitude and nursing.

Hi Suni, I don't have any resources or sites, but would just like to say that a positive attitude is EVERYTHING! It took me awhile to learn to keep one on the job at all times. Doesn't always keep me out of trouble from tptb, but I am well thought of.....if you know what I mean....
