First night back after a 3 month leave

Well tonight is the big night. After being off work for the past 3 months on medical leave, tonight I go back.
I must say I am nervous -- Just the little things that I will need to do and get used to again (like password resets, staying up, drinking coffee).
3 and a half months ago I was having a professional, physical, spiritual, and mental breakdown. I nearly lost my job due to stupid choices I made.
On ward and upwards I go. I have learned alot these past 12 weeks.
