Damn the bariatrics

Best home remedy for heavy patient induced back pain?

After taking Tramadol for roughly five years, three months and seven days.. I stopped taking it, while I fear withdrawal, it gives me a horrible case of dry mouth every single morning. So, I'm going "natural". Just looking for some tips, provider to provider, no medical advice wanted or implied.

After suffering from chronic back pain for 2 years that rendered walking a difficult task for me, I finally found some relief after undergoing 8 weeks of chiropractic manipulations.

Huh. I know nothing about coming off tramadol. I can't take it - paradoxically, it gives me insomnia!
