How many steps/miles do you do in a given shift? I was positive I walked 10 miles a shift, but I am averaging 6000 steps on a busy night shift.

I have one too and love it! I am not a floor nurse but walk on average 5000 steps/day.

Works well.

We had a PA be certain she was also walking tons of miles during her shift, and she was walking a lot as the PA area is far from the patients she treats. turned into about 2.5 miles. I've always wanted a fit bit or body bugg, but I use a Garmin when running, so I can't find a way to justify the expense.
