What is your experience working in Queens/Castle ED?

Both of these hospitals have openings, and Im interested to hear an inside scoop (if anyone is willing to give it) on these hospitals.

I know Queens is our trauma hospital and takes alot of psych pts so naturally they have a busier pace, but im more interested in the work dynamics, how well employees are treated, how well do employees work with eachother, how flexible are they with schedules, etc.

Id love to hear from anyone willing to offer up some inside information!
