Eric Anderson is very helpful. If you send him an email he'll probably let you know what's happening regarding the waitlist, etc.. They told me at the interview that final decisions wont be made til the end of march. Dont waste too much energy with worry.

Yes wifee...I would definitely recommend you to email Erik to see the status as to whats going on with the interview process. Have you applied to any other schools besides UHM?

wifee47, this is an email i recieved from erik:

"the admissions committee is currently in the process of interviewing applicants. they have told me that if they decide to call other applicants for an interview, they will be doing so within the next couple weeks. any final decisions will be given to applicants via mail. i am not sure if you have been placed on any kind of wait-list or not, as that is the decision of the admissions committee."

    hope this helps.

Just had the interview and felt it was solid with no real surprises, though I was a bit nervous. I can leave some tips if anyone would like me to.

Did anyone else have a phone interview? How many interviewers? What track?

I am PNP and had three?!?

    Thanks good luck to everyone,
...you can only do what you can do and it's not in our hands anymore.

Good luck to everyone. Remember, keep in mind you are NOT going to be able to work through this MEPN program. It's super duper intense. When you get in, I would recommend you buy a good patho book such as McCance and Huether's 6th edition Patho book. This will be your basis for all the things that go on out there. Of course, this isn't as comprehensive as Harrison's Internal Medicine. However, if you're going into ANP,GNP,FNP track, I would recommend both books. The Harrison's Internal Medicine book would be for reference only.
