recommendations of facilities to avoid

Aloha..I'll be starting out in agency again as I look for more permanent work..you can pm me privately, but am wondering, any facilities to try to avoid? (will be mostly long term care)
and on a positive note, ones you give thumbs up to?

many years ago I loved working at assisted living facilities..I was basically a medication nurse and supervisor to the CNAS..it was cake. I'd prefer to avoid high acuity 60 patient loads..
