Hey,

I'm taking my TEAS on Tuesday because I didn't feel prepared for the test.

My stats currently are:

Pre-reqs - A's

Co-reqs - A's

TEAS - In Progress

Exp - None

I was wondering though, when you turned in the application was the copy of the TEAS just a print out or did it have to be sent to you by ATI's organization. Because I'm taking the TEAS at a late date, I'm not sure if I can obtain a TEAS copy for the application by its deadline.

Thanks.

Wow, nice grades!

Yeah the copy of the Teas results was just a print out from the ATI website. If your taking the TEAS at KCC testing center they told me they automatically send it to kcc nursing, but they also want a copy print out of the results with your application. The results should come as soon as you finish taking the test. I printed my results on the same day I took the exam.

Good luck to you for the program!

Thanks, but the fact that you have work experience is awesome. I feel it really bumps you up in the process.

Also, thanks for the TEAS information. Did you think the TEAS was difficult or was it similar to the SAT/ACT? I'm pretty nervous.

Hi, I just submitted my application and they said that the results should be coming in before Spring Break.

My stats:

Pre-req's: 2 B's, rest are A's

Co-req's: A Humanities, No Pharm

TEAS: 86%

No work experience.

I'm nervous for the results to come in because I don't have experience or my pharm yet. Hopefully, my GPA or my TEAS make up for those two. Good luck to all of us!

Either way, good luck to both of you.

Sorry for the late reply, but I thought the TEAS was pretty difficult! I think the Science section is more difficult than the SAT. My toughest sections were Science and English. Math section was pretty easy and Reading Section required a lot of concentration when reading the passage in my opinion!

This is gonna be my application stats. The science section of the TEAS was more specific than I thought. But good luck.

I think having a 4.0 for all requirements is a plus. I have read that a lot of applicants with all A's tend to get accepted right away. :)

Graduate of KCC's LPN and LPN-ADN bridge program.

TEAS: 76% (English killed me).

Applied with 3.3 GPA.

Had prereqs and coreqs for both programs. Applied to LPN only thinking I wouldn't get in (Accepted on my first try).

Wow that's awesome! Congrats on graduating the program! Was it difficult to get into the LPN-ADN Transition program? I was also thinking about applying for that program as well.
