Hi! I'm a labor nurse at a high risk tertiary care facility, and looking for some info if anyone can help! I was looking at Kapi‘olani Medical Center for Women & Children, curious if anyone knew about how much I would make starting out. I have 8 years nursing experience, 6 1/2 of those years being in high risk labor and delivery. We have a level IV NICU, and take pretty much everything and get pretty much everything transported to us. Wondering about starting wages, floating, staffing guidelines, unit culture etc. Can anyone enlighten me?? Thanks!
