    I recently received my Hawaii RN license and am looking for a job. As all of you know, they want one year RN experience. Well, I don't have any, so I do I get it? Anyone out there with tips, please help....

    I have been an LPN for 25 years with acute care experience. I have pretty much worked in every capacity as an LPN.
