    Getting ready to telocate to Maui. Was wondering if i could get any info on the best places to work. I am an RN with over 16yrs experience in Med- Surg. Cardio-Vascular Recovery, Home health, House Supervisor, and management . any assistance would be appreciated... thnks to you in advance.

    Hi. New to this site. I'm also moving to Maui(as soon as I sell my house in FL). What's it like at MMMC? I have 11 years experience in med-surg, oncology.

    I've lived in Maui almost my entire life. There is only one main hospital in the island, which is MMMC. It's a wonderful hospital, but is somehow obsolete compared to many hospitals in the mainland. hope this helps!

    Yup stone age lol. I hope that new hopital falls through...not only for job oppurtunities but for the community's sake!!

    theres only Maui Medical Center and unless you want to go to Hale Makua Nursing Home. Try Kahalumanu Nursing Agency, they send you interisland and pay for your flight and hotel and stuff. good luck, and aloha..
