ANY SUCCESS STORIES?!

U.S.A. Hawaii

Published

Does anyone have any success stories that they can share about finding a job as a new grad RN in Hawaii?? Is it possible? Tips/advice?

Thanks.

People get jobs all the time, it just usually takes at least a year of working as an aide/tech on average. This probably won't be changing anytime soon since hawaii nursing schools produce 500+ new grads per year and the retirement/turnover rate of nurses is much lower than that.

Yeah, it's really unfortunate having to work as an aide after all the time/money/effort we put into our studies. Thank you for your reply.
