Your opinions/ experiences regarding autonomy in Nursing

Good day everyone! I'm Mitchelle. A graduate student from the Philippines.

I want to gather your opinions or experiences regarding autonomy in Nursing. It would also be a big help if you would try to focus in autonomy of the Nursing division (in hospitals) from other divisions in terms of decision and policy making (like hiring or firing of nurses).

i appreciate all your help. thank you very much.
