Well got another interview on tuesday in my dream specialty. Its a group interview but I shine in group interviews.

Haven't heard back from the place I interviewed last week but it is still within their hiring time frame

Congratulations!! SNF? And you're a new grad? I visited two local SNFs and the first one has asked me to come in tomorrow.

Actually private duty peds. It's all about being in the right place at the right time. The fact that I pushed hard in school to get a lot of ventilator experience helped.
